Do you use professional equipment?
It is our experience that this is the only way to guarantee to our clients that their event will run smoothly and uninterrupted. We use high quality equipment for our PA and lighting systems and in a bid to maintain that high standard it is transported in protective flight cases. Our equipment is also PAT certified.
How far in advance should I book my entertainment?
We would suggest that the entertainment should be booked around the same time that your venue is confirmed. However, for Weddings, as a guide we are currently taking bookings around 12 months in advance. That said we have been known to take bookings at much shorter notice.
What does it cost?
As you would expect there are a number of factors taken into account prior to submitting a quotation. For example, location, duration and the individual requirements of your event would all need to be considered. Are there any hidden costs?
No, all costs are discussed prior to the event and confirmed via email.
How long does it take to set-up?
That depends on the requirements for your event, however as a guide an average of around one hour should be allowed for this. It is normal at Weddings/Birthdays to have music playing as your guests arrive so we would set-up early for this.
Do you take requests during the event?
It is important to involve the crowd at any event and we will always encourage requests. However we do reserve the right not to play any song that we feel is inappropriate.
Are you protected against injury to members of the public?
Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance covering up to £10m.
